DIMENSIONAL VARIATION ANALYSIS

If you want to satisfy any accountant, that any order for a million dollars, worth of conrods, ordered from any certified supplier in the world, will work with any crankshaft, from any other million dollar order, from any other supplier: you will need a Dimensional Variation Analysis Report, a DVA.
I was nicknamed "DVA Dave" for the reports I produced. Engineers and post-grad interns, from the technical center, were sent to me to show them how to create a DVA.
